1. Payment and Refunds
All payments for services provided by PathBridge Education Consulting are securely processed through trusted platforms such as Wise, Paystack, or PayPal, subject to availability in your region. Our refund policy is clearly outlined at the point of booking. Refunds will only be issued under the specified conditions. 

2. Online Tutoring Services
Parents or guardians are strongly encouraged to approve and supervise all online tutoring sessions for primary and secondary learners. Sessions will not be recorded unless the parent or guardian provides explicit consent.

3. University and Scholarship Application Support
PathBridge Education Consulting provides informative guidance and support throughout the university, scholarship, accommodation, and visa application process. However, all final decisions regarding admissions, scholarships, and visa approvals are made solely by the respective institutions or authorities. 

4. Professional Development for International Teachers
Certificates issued for training participation or completion are for record-keeping purposes only and do not replace government-issued qualifications or accreditation. Participants are responsible for the application of learned content.

5. Teach in the UK Guidance Program
Our guidance program offers mentorship and updated information on teaching careers in the UK but does not act as a recruitment agency or licensed immigration advisor. We do not provide job placement services or visa-related legal advice. Employment, visa approvals, and QTS recognition decisions rest entirely with UK regulatory bodies.

6. Coursework & Dissertation Guidance Services

Our guidance service provides educational support to help students understand academic tasks, structure their work, improve writing skills, and meet academic expectations. We do not write assignments on behalf of students. All support is intended for learning purposes only.
Clients agree not to submit any materials created during our sessions as their own.
We uphold strict academic integrity and will not assist in any form of plagiarism, ghostwriting, or academic misconduct. Clients must provide accurate information about their coursework/dissertation requirements. Clients are responsible for applying any advice or guidance provided. We aim to provide timely, professional, and personalised academic guidance.
While we support academic improvement, we do not guarantee grades or academic outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, content, images, and visuals on our website and promotional materials are AI-generated, original, or copyright-free. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without written consent from PathBridge Education Consulting is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites (e.g., UCAS, scholarship portals, payment processors). We do not control or endorse these external sites and disclaim responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or data protection practices.

9. Limitations of Service

Our guidance is advisory in nature. We do not guarantee any grades, admissions outcomes, or assessment results. We do not represent or liaise directly with educational institutions on a student’s behalf.

10. Confidentiality

All materials and communication shared with us are treated as confidential. We do not disclose any client information without consent.

11. Payments and Refunds

Payment must be made in advance for all services.  Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may qualify for rescheduling but no refund.  No refunds will be issued after a session has been delivered

12. Intellectual Property

Any learning materials, templates, or guides provided are the property of PathBridge Education Consulting and may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without written permission.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pathbridge Education Consultancy, its founder, freelancers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from:
